How do I receive the commission fee?

The commission fee is paid upon a property sale. Usually for under-construction projects the commission fee is paid once the buyer proceed the deposit & contracts signature. For already completed projects, the commission fee is usually paid from the full payment & ownership transfer.

Do I have to pay tax on the commission fee.

Each commission fee is applicable of the local VAT rate. The commission fee is paid exclusive of VAT. If you have a VAT registration number, please let us know. You are liable to pay your own tax depending on your country of residence.

How long does it take to get paid?

Depending on each project’s terms & conditions, the commission fee is paid within 14 to 60 days. The commission fee can be paid after ownership transfer or once the buyer proceeds the deposit payment & contracts signature.

How do I get paid?

PROPB2B will transfer your commission fee to the account of your choice. The transfer remittance fee has to be borne by the receiver.

In which currency do I get paid?

The currency used for the commission will depend on the country you sell a property. If you sell a property in UK the commission fee will be in GBP, in Germany in Euro, in Thailand in THB, in Philippines in USD.
